Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for federal infrastructure initiatives
- Coordinate with multiple agencies (FEMA, TSA, Coast Guard) to ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage $2M+ budgets and resources with strict federal procurement protocols
- Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports
- Oversee vendor relationships and contract administration
- Implement agile methodologies for complex security projects
- Ensure all deliverables meet FISMA and NIST standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years federal project management experience with PMP certification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Public Administration, or related field
- DHS/FEMA security clearance eligibility (or ability to obtain)
- Expertise in federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Proficient with Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ members
- Knowledge of critical infrastructure protection frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
