Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of federal contract administration, from initiation to closeout.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, FAR, and agency-specific policies.
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with key stakeholders at the federal level.
- Prepare and submit high-level reporting, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Maintain detailed documentation and audit trails for federal review.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal contract management or government consulting.
- Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and government compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to obtain a government travel card and pass a background investigation.
