Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate digital and physical court records, filings, and dockets
- Process legal documents including subpoenas, warrants, and judgments
- Provide exceptional customer service to attorneys, litigants, and the public
- Coordinate courtroom scheduling and administrative support for judges
- Manage jury selection processes and juror communications
- Ensure compliance with Texas state court procedures and regulations
- Utilize case management software for data entry and record retrieval
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative or legal support roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
