Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based public health initiatives across Georgia communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify disease trends and recommend interventions
- Collaborate with federal, state, and local health agencies on emergency response protocols
- Develop health education materials for diverse populations
- Conduct program evaluations and prepare reports for congressional stakeholders
- Mentor junior staff and coordinate interdepartmental projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of public health experience with federal/state agencies
- Valid U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, SAS)
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for policy briefings
