Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and data visualizations for federal stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data privacy regulations (e.g., FISMA, NIST) and internal security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support grant management and program evaluation.
- Automate data workflows and improve existing reporting systems for greater efficiency.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on data integrity to prevent errors in federal documentation.
- Stay updated on evolving federal policies and adapt analytical models accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the Federal, State, or Local government sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Strong understanding of federal contracting regulations and security clearance requirements (e.g., Secret clearance preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity standards.
