Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patrols and surveillance of federal premises during night shifts
- Operate advanced security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring
- Respond immediately to security breaches, emergencies, and suspicious activities
- Enforce federal regulations and security protocols for all facility access
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Coordinate with federal law enforcement agencies during critical incidents
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement corrective measures
Qualifications
- Active U.S. government security clearance (Top Secret/SBI preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal or high-security environments
- Valid Pennsylvania Class 3 Firearms License
- Proficiency with CBRNE detection protocols and emergency response procedures
- Ability to obtain and maintain DHS suitability clearance
- Advanced certification in physical security and threat assessment
- Exceptional situational judgment under high-pressure conditions
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts and extended hours
