Responsibilities
- Conduct vulnerability assessments of federal facilities and critical infrastructure
- Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and emergency response plans
- Coordinate with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies
- Monitor and analyze security threats using advanced surveillance systems
- Conduct security screenings and background investigations
- Train personnel on security procedures and emergency protocols
- Prepare detailed security reports and recommendations for leadership
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal law enforcement or security operations
- Proficiency in security assessment methodologies and risk analysis
- Valid driver's license and ability to work irregular hours
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with security technology systems (CCTV, access control, alarms)
- Ability to obtain and maintain DHS security certification
