Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 surveillance and patrols of federal facilities and critical infrastructure
- Respond to security incidents with tactical precision and federal protocols
- Operate advanced security systems including CCTV, access control, and biometric scanners
- Collaborate with federal agencies (FBI, TSA, CBP) during joint operations
- Document security breaches and compile comprehensive incident reports
- Maintain strict compliance with DHS and federal security regulations
- Train junior officers on emergency response and threat assessment procedures
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 3 years security/law enforcement experience or military equivalent
- Certification in federal security standards (FPCON, NTAS)
- Valid Massachusetts Class C driver's license
- Proficiency with C4ISR systems and security software
- Ability to work rotating night shifts with flexible scheduling
- Top Secret clearance preferred
- Physical readiness for extended patrols and tactical response
