Responsibilities
- Monitor federal facility perimeter and access points using advanced surveillance systems
- Conduct regular security patrols and enforce federal access protocols
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with federal law enforcement
- Maintain detailed incident reports and compliance documentation
- Operate X-ray scanners and metal detection equipment
- Conduct threat assessments and vulnerability analyses
- Coordinate emergency response procedures during off-hours
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years security experience in federal or regulated environment
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with C-CURE and CCTV monitoring systems
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong written communication skills for incident reporting
- Flexibility to work holidays and weekends as needed
