Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly patrols and surveillance of federal facilities using advanced security systems
- Respond to security breaches and emergency incidents with rapid tactical protocols
- Operate X-ray scanners, metal detectors, and access control systems for personnel/vehicle screening
- Maintain detailed security logs and incident reports using federal documentation standards
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies during joint operations and threat assessments
- Conduct random inspections to ensure compliance with federal security regulations
- Train junior personnel on security protocols and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship with active security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years experience in security, law enforcement, or military service
- Ability to pass rigorous background check, drug screening, and physical fitness assessment
- Proficient in operating security technology (CCTV, access control, alarm systems)
- Strong communication skills for de-escalation and incident reporting
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
