Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 surveillance and security patrols of federal facilities during night shift hours
- Monitor advanced security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm networks
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement agencies
- Enforce federal security protocols and conduct threat assessments
- Maintain detailed security logs and incident reports
- Train junior security personnel on federal compliance standards
- Collaborate with federal partners during emergency response scenarios
Qualifications
- Active U.S. Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency with security technology systems (CCTV, access control)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong written communication for incident reporting
- U.S. citizenship and pass federal background investigation
- First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
