Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 surveillance monitoring of federal facilities using advanced CCTV and AI-driven detection systems
- Implement access control protocols for high-security zones including biometric verification and credential checks
- Coordinate emergency response protocols during security breaches, natural disasters, or national emergencies
- Generate detailed incident reports and security assessments using federal compliance software
- Collaborate with federal agencies (FBI, DHS, TSA) during joint operations and threat investigations
- Conduct physical patrols of critical infrastructure perimeters during low-visibility conditions
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
- Minimum 2 years experience in law enforcement, military, or federal security
- Valid Michigan Security Guard License (MSP certification)
- Proficiency in CBRNE detection protocols and emergency response procedures
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6PM-6AM) with weekend/holiday availability
- Advanced certification in DHS threat assessment methodologies
- Pass federal background investigation and polygraph examination
