Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security patrols and surveillance of federal premises during night shift hours
- Monitor access control systems and enforce security protocols for all personnel and visitors
- Operate advanced surveillance equipment and respond to security alerts with immediate action
- Document incidents and maintain detailed security logs in accordance with federal regulations
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during emergency situations
- Conduct routine equipment checks to ensure optimal security system performance
- Provide emergency response support during critical incidents
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in surveillance systems and access control technologies
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to pass rigorous background investigation and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
