Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 perimeter surveillance and access control at federal facility
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to security alerts with precision
- Perform regular patrols and security inspections of assigned areas
- Operate advanced screening equipment and conduct personnel/vehicle inspections
- Document security incidents and maintain detailed activity logs
- Collaborate with federal law enforcement agencies during emergency protocols
- Enforce federal regulations and facility security policies
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficient in security technology systems (CCTV, access control)
- Strong physical fitness and ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Must pass federal background investigation and drug screening
