Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments and patrols of federal facilities during weekend shifts
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents in real-time
- Enforce federal security protocols and access control procedures
- Collaborate with federal agencies to coordinate weekend security operations
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Train and mentor junior security personnel on weekend protocols
- Conduct emergency response drills and security vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 2 years of security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Proficient in surveillance technology and security software
- Strong communication skills with ability to de-escalate tense situations
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and respond to emergencies
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
