Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security inspections and access control at federal facilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents per federal protocols
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain compliance documentation
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and federal agencies during joint operations
- Train and mentor junior security personnel on federal standards
- Conduct routine vulnerability assessments of security infrastructure
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 3 years security/law enforcement experience
- Federal emergency response certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency in security systems (CCTV, access control, X-ray)
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure weekend environments
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Pass background check and polygraph examination
