Responsibilities
- Assist federal agencies with the intake, verification, and processing of sensitive documents and applications.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to federal employees, contractors, and the general public.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases regarding case statuses and personnel records.
- Conduct initial screenings for federal job qualifications and security clearances.
- Collaborate with regional offices to ensure strict compliance with federal regulations and protocols.
- Prepare and submit weekly performance reports and service metrics to management.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and adherence to privacy laws.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain a government-issued security clearance.
- Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 WPM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, drug screening, and physical agility test.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management software.
- Previous experience in government services, customer service, or administrative support is highly preferred.
