Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end federal application intake process, ensuring all documentation meets strict federal compliance standards.
- Conduct preliminary candidate screenings and interviews to assess suitability for security clearance requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and agency officials to schedule examinations and orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate records in the Federal Hiring Tracking System (FHTS) and ensure data integrity.
- Assist applicants with navigating the complex federal application forms and Veteran's preference protocols.
- Facilitate background investigation inquiries and support the adjudication process for security clearances.
- Stay updated on changes in federal hiring laws, regulations, and agency-specific policies.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, administrative support, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of federal employment regulations, EEO laws, and OFCCP guidelines.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background investigation, including fingerprinting and drug screening.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
