Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain critical federal IT infrastructure systems during weekend operations.
- Perform system patching, security updates, and troubleshooting to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents within SLA requirements.
- Conduct routine audits of federal databases and ensure compliance with NIST standards.
- Collaborate with the NOC team to resolve escalations and support agency missions.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for all system configurations and procedures.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Federal IT environments or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively during weekend shifts.
- Strong knowledge of federal compliance regulations and data privacy laws.
