Responsibilities
- Manage Federal Records: Oversee the accurate processing and filing of sensitive federal documents during weekend operations.
- System Maintenance: Monitor and troubleshoot basic IT systems and office equipment to ensure 100% uptime during shift hours.
- Compliance Support: Assist in maintaining strict adherence to federal security protocols and agency-specific regulations.
- Data Entry: Perform high-volume data entry and verification tasks with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for weekend inquiries from federal personnel and internal teams.
- Security Clearance: Assist in the preparation and organization of clearance documentation as required.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for government security clearance.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment or government support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer troubleshooting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and manage complex data sets.
