Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments from commercial vehicles using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory against shipping manifests using scanning equipment.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment in compliance with federal safety regulations.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Ensure proper documentation and labeling of all federal government cargo.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience and forklift certification preferred.
- Ability to pass a federal background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
