Responsibilities
- Manage patient intake, registration, and appointment scheduling for weekend operations
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care during off-hours
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with federal healthcare regulations
- Respond to veteran inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Support emergency response protocols and triage procedures

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years healthcare administration experience
- Proficiency in VA healthcare systems (VistA) or similar EHR platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Strong communication skills with diverse populations
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Ability to obtain and maintain VA security clearance
- Flexibility to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as required
