Responsibilities
- Provide weekend health screenings and immunizations at community clinics
- Respond to public health emergencies and coordinate weekend incident responses
- Conduct weekend field investigations for communicable disease outbreaks

- Maintain accurate weekend service documentation and reporting systems
- Coordinate weekend mobile health unit deployments across city districts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
- Valid Illinois Public Health License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Minimum 2 years experience in community health services
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday 7AM-7PM)
- Bilingual English/Spanish certification preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Ability to work independently in field environments
