Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support during weekend shifts in compliance with federal healthcare standards
- Manage electronic health records and ensure documentation accuracy per VA protocols
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams during weekend operations
- Respond to patient inquiries and emergencies following established federal procedures
- Participate in weekend staff training and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Active U.S. citizenship and federal security clearance eligibility
- Associate's degree in healthcare or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical or administrative healthcare experience
- Availability to work every weekend (Sat/Sun) with occasional holiday coverage
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems (e.g., CPRS, VistA)
- Strong understanding of federal healthcare regulations and compliance
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required
