Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems and respond to incidents during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Coordinate with federal agencies on emergency protocols and threat assessments
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security briefings
- Conduct routine facility inspections and access control verifications
- Maintain compliance with federal regulations (FEMA, DHS standards)
- Train weekend personnel on security procedures and emergency protocols
- Participate in cross-agency drills and security exercises
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance
- Minimum 2 years federal/local law enforcement or security experience
- Valid Louisiana driver's license
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in CBRNE detection and emergency response protocols
- Strong written communication skills for incident reporting
- Knowledge of Gulf Coast security challenges and infrastructure
- HS diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
