Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming federal applications and inquiries during weekend shifts.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive government records and data.
- Coordinate with on-site federal personnel to ensure weekend coverage is met.
- Conduct routine compliance checks and audit records for accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service to federal employees and the general public.
- Update internal databases and track status reports for ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship required for federal employment.
- Must be available to work a rotating weekend schedule (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a government or public service environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal case management software.
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation and security clearance check.
