Responsibilities
- Provide specialized administrative support during weekend shifts (7 AM - 3:30 PM)
- Process veteran benefit applications with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate with federal agencies across multiple time zones
- Maintain secure documentation per federal compliance standards
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of weekend case files
- Train and mentor weekend shift team members
- Respond to urgent veteran inquiries within SLA requirements
Qualifications
- US citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years federal service experience
- Proficient in VA benefits systems (VBMS, VBA)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Weekend availability mandatory
- Experience with HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Proven problem-solving in high-pressure environments
