Responsibilities
- Process driver's license renewals, permits, and ID applications
- Assist with vehicle registration/title transactions
- Provide accurate information on DMV regulations and procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, in-person, and digital channels
- Maintain secure handling of sensitive documents and payment processing
- Collaborate with team to improve service efficiency
- Document transactions and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Proficiency with office technology and databases
- Knowledge of California DMV processes a plus
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Valid California driver's license required
