Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for infrastructure maintenance including road repairs, drainage systems, and park upkeep
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, graders) and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Assist in waste collection, recycling programs, and public facility maintenance
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Document work activities and equipment usage as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Ohio Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction equipment and safety procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in all weather conditions
