Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate light equipment such as jackhammers, saws, and pneumatic tools
- Assist in road maintenance, sidewalk repairs, and utility installations
- Maintain safe job sites by following OSHA protocols and safety standards

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months construction or public works experience preferred
- Valid California Driver's License required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction materials
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans
