Responsibilities
- Sort and deliver mail/packages to residential and business addresses along assigned routes
- Operate mail vehicles safely and efficiently in urban and coastal areas
- Collect outgoing mail from mailboxes and collection boxes
- Process and scan parcels using handheld scanning devices
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication logs
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and delivery standards
- Assist with mail processing duties at the local post office when needed
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status required
- Valid Hawaii driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and walk extended distances
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills for package tracking systems
- Strong customer service orientation and reliability
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
