Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registrations, title applications, and driver's license transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in clients, resolving inquiries and concerns promptly
- Verify documentation and eligibility requirements for DMV services
- Maintain organized records using DMV software systems
- Collaborate with team members to optimize customer flow and reduce wait times
- Stay updated on Indiana DMV regulations and policy changes

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Valid Indiana driver's license required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Spanish language proficiency highly desirable
