Responsibilities
- Process DMV transactions including license renewals, registrations, and title transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions with exceptional professionalism
- Maintain strict adherence to California DMV policies and confidentiality standards
- Utilize DMV systems efficiently to manage records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service workflows and reduce wait times
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry (typing 45+ WPM)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
- Experience with government systems a plus
