Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, facilities, and athletic fields daily
- Organize and supervise recreational activities and community events
- Operate park equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.) safely
- Interact with visitors and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist in facility inspections and safety compliance
- Collaborate with maintenance and event teams
- Support seasonal programs and special initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years in park maintenance, landscaping, or recreation
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of turf management and horticulture
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Experience with event coordination a plus
