Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance of parks, trails, and athletic facilities
- Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely
- Lead youth and adult recreational programs
- Enforce park safety rules and regulations
- Assist with special events and community outreach
- Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Experience in landscaping or facility maintenance
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of recreation programming
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
