Responsibilities
- Sort, load, and deliver mail/packages on assigned urban routes
- Operate postal vehicles safely and adhere to traffic regulations
- Collect mail from receptacles and customer drop-offs
- Complete delivery scanning and documentation procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route logs
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and operational standards
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid state driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. and walk 5+ hours daily
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Availability for flexible shift scheduling (including weekends)
- High school diploma or equivalent
