Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect mail along assigned routes using USPS vehicles
- Sort and organize mail according to delivery sequences and regulations
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to traffic laws
- Provide customer service and resolve delivery inquiries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report route conditions
- Safely lift and carry mail trays weighing up to 70 pounds
- Adhere to USPS policies and security protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 70 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Availability to work in all weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
