Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Oversee the integration of cutting-edge AI, spatial computing, and quantum-ready protocols into core product ecosystems.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for the engineering department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Security to drive end-to-end innovation.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Identify potential risks in system architecture and implement mitigation strategies to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and leading large-scale technical projects.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with AI/ML integration and blockchain technologies is highly desirable.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills.
