- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive prototyping cycles from concept to MVP within agile sprints
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting future tech landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products with $10M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong familiarity with futures forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI preferred)
- Experience securing government grants and private funding for R&D initiatives
