Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026-focused tech roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive innovations
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders

- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $5M annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering at least two market-defining tech products
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex tech adoption scenarios
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
