Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026 market impact
- Architect innovation frameworks for ethical tech adoption and sustainable digital transformation
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley innovation labs
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with venture-style portfolio allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech companies
- Proven track record of launching industry-defining tech products (2018-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, or synthetic biology
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Tech Review
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
