- Mentor PhD researchers in emerging fields like neuromorphic computing
- Secure $50M+ in venture capital for experimental technology incubation programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or neural network optimization
- Proven track record scaling AI systems beyond 10M concurrent users
- Certification in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with DARPA or EU Horizon Europe technology grants
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptographic protocols (NIST candidates)
