Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum initiatives at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in tech forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong background in sustainable tech and ethical AI frameworks
- Experience managing R&D budgets >$3M
