Qualifications

- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, and decentralized systems (Web3/Web4)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong financial acumen for technology ROI analysis and budget management
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, Tech Futures Institute) preferred
- Experience managing global R&D teams and vendor ecosystems
