Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-scale applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for industrial deployment
- Collaborate with material science teams to optimize superconducting qubit fabrication
- Create quantum algorithms for optimization problems in finance and logistics
- Mentor junior engineers and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
