Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated AI, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing architectures and ethical tech implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Deep expertise in future technology trends and their business implications
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to translate vision into executable plans
- Strong stakeholder management experience across technical and non-technical audiences
