Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential for 2026 markets
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with corporate objectives and market evolution
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position company at the vanguard of technological innovation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with technology pioneers, research institutions, and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record in developing and executing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Innovation preferred
