Responsibilities

- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and piloting emerging technology solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory impacts on future technology adoption
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal training and change management
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, or blockchain
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Track record of launching innovative products or services from concept to market
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, CTO) preferred
- Experience in agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
