Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives at industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
- Collaborate with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/metaverse)
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Futures journal preferred
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Strong network connections with academic research institutions
- Experience presenting at Davos or Web Summit conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 commercialized innovations
