Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with company vision and market disruption forecasts.
- Lead research and integration of frontier technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.) into enterprise solutions.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and government agencies to accelerate innovation pipelines.
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders.
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment and regulatory compliance.
- Drive organizational transformation initiatives to future-proof business models and workforce capabilities.
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology portfolio management.
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads in future-tech adoption methodologies.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD or MBA strongly preferred.
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2020+ tech disruption impact.
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI bio, neuromorphic computing, etc.).
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.) or equivalent industry authority.
- Executive-level experience scaling technology-driven organizations to $100M+ ARR.
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning frameworks.
- Successful track record of securing government grants and private innovation funding.
- Global network of technology innovators and policy influencers.
